Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in dishwashing, cleaning, or related role
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of and compliance with food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a pot washer, cleaner, or housekeeping attendant preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and chemicals
- Proactive, self-organized, and able to manage a substantial workload
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and complete tasks on time
- Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, or pull items as needed
- Flexible with work schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize pots, pans, plates, and cookware using dishwashing equipment
- Sort and stack clean items per company standards
- Return items to designated areas
- Clean drains and dishwashing machines at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Report any food safety concerns to a supervisor or the hygiene team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
