Job Qualifications
- no prior experience required
- past experience in fast food stewarding stocking merchandise food service restaurants or general housekeeping helpful

- ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- operate and maintain dish machine to standards efficiently processing dishes and utensils
- unload dish machine stack store and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen
- maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks
- ensure floor safety by sweeping mopping and drying and transport soiled ware to designated areas
- handle cleaning chemicals safely wipe down countertops restock supplies and assist with equipment movement
- set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
