Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and assist in different areas when needed
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must be able to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work positively and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
- Continuous use of hands and arms as well as bending, reaching and twisting
Job Duties
- Properly clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dish areas
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed by the management team
