Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing area
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
  • Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stocking as needed
  • Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors
  • Follow all safety and health regulations
