Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- dispose of garbage and recycling according to company standards
- uphold safety and hygiene standards at all times
- report any equipment malfunctions or inventory shortages to management
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
