Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- level 4 gaming license
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- must be able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear
- must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- must successfully complete screening for essential job functions

Job Duties
- ensures compliance to standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china and glassware
- keeps work area clean and sanitary
- complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation
- understands the use of proper chemicals on property
- maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards
- creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests
- encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees by setting positive examples at all times
