Job Duties

- are responsible for keeping the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- support kitchen staff by timely washing and restocking dishes
- follow all health and safety regulations related to sanitation
- assist with waste disposal and cleaning of kitchen floors and surfaces
