Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Job Duties
- clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- empty kitchen and other area trash
- support cooks with preparation work and special recipe preparations
- focus on team and customer satisfaction
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
