Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- ensure dishes are organized, sanitized, and ready for kitchen and dining use
- assist kitchen staff by promptly removing dirty dishes and restocking clean supplies
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, dishwashing areas, and equipment
- monitor dishwasher machine operation to ensure efficiency and safety
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
- support the team by performing additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
