Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years' experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction
- Ability to complete tasks on time and meet productivity standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
- Ability to deal with a heavy workload
- Flexibility for different shifts including night, weekends, holidays
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by management
- Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers
- Ensure that the dishwashing machine is operating at a proper temperature and has detergent and necessary chemicals for proper operation
- Unload the machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in proper storage areas
- Sanitize all trolleys, carriers, oven racks and drawers and deliver to the proper area for storage
- Ensure that all Sanitation Team Members possess and demonstrate the knowledge to follow all applicable chemical safety and food safety procedures
- Develop a sanitation schedule to meet the Sanitation SOP frequency
