- Food Handlers license required in Texas
- ability to lift 30 lbs frequently
- ability to stand or walk for 8-12 hours
- willingness to submit to a background check
- must be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- work as a dishwasher during events
- collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
- hand wash items as necessary
- store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
- ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time
- remove garbage regularly
- sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
- ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas
- exhibit teamwork atmosphere
- maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights and weekends
- ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
