Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry heavy kitchen equipment
- Ability to work a part-time schedule including Monday afternoons and evenings
- Willingness to comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in dishwashing machine racks
- Washes pots, pans and trays following assigned procedures
- Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment ensuring cleanliness
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- Keeps dishwashing area orderly and safe
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans worktables and food prep surfaces
- Removes trash, cleans garbage cans and disposes waste properly
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
