Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country
  • Culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to remain standing and move about the restaurant for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on team and guest experience in all actions
  • Following cleanliness and safety protocols
