Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and carry up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles is beneficial
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and properly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including preparing signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on team and customers by making decisions that consider both
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
