- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- wash dishes, pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
- sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that may vary among accounts
