Job Duties
- Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests
- Clean the inside and outside of the restaurant
- Check, clean, and stock restrooms
- Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean
- Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
- Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
- Follow local health department laws
- Stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
- Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
- Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
- Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
