Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles
- previous dishwashing experience
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to handle heavy workload
- flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately
- punctual and reliable
- physically able to stand, walk, reach, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds
- commitment to following safety and security procedures

Job Duties
- follow established rules of entry and comply with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and security
- load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers
- ensure the dishwashing machine operates at proper temperature and is supplied with detergent and necessary chemicals
- unload machine and place cleaned items in proper racks or storage areas
- sanitize trolleys, carriers, oven racks, and drawers and deliver to proper storage
- develop and maintain sanitation schedules according to SOP frequency
- ensure all sanitation team members comply with chemical and food safety procedures
