Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform the physical demands including standing for several hours, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, withstanding high-temperature conditions, bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Ability to work non-standard work weeks including early mornings and weekends
  • Able to commute to and from Dunedin, FL
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Open availability
  • Must be able to work weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work successfully as a team or at times with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail related to order and cleanliness
  • Dependable, respectful, and professional demeanor with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • 1+ years of dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification or Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain a regular cleaning schedule of all kitchen equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment after each use and between different food items
  • Keep high sanitation standards in dish area by regulating water temperatures and chemicals
  • Ensure that the entire facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly fashion including sweeping, mopping, cleaning spills and taking out garbage
  • Assist in maintaining food safety and organization standards
  • Receive provisions and rotate stock
  • Perform light kitchen prep work as needed
