Job Requirements
- Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures
- Regular and consistent attendance required to perform essential functions
- Must be able to work well with other team members, managers, and interact with guests
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- May be asked to drive a company vehicle or golf cart
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Job Duties
- Responsible for washing, drying and organizing all cooking utensils, storage containers and pots
- Sweeps and mops at completion of each shift
- Lays down kitchen mats
- Operates and maintains the dish machine
- Assists waitstaff with glass storage
- Maintains plate cabinets and the pantry in an orderly fashion
- Empties all trash and recycling bins
- Scrubs floors daily alongside line cooks
- Contributes to small prep projects
- Assists in deep cleaning of kitchen
