Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to remain stationary and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings
- Willingness to wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or restaurant environment is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
- Assist in general utility tasks throughout the back of house
- Communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Follow health and safety protocols including use of protective gear
- Lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds safely
- Support efficient kitchen operations by timely cleaning and organizing
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards at all times
