Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dishes and kitchenware throughout the shift
- Dispose of trash and remove linen bags promptly
- Maintain adherence to rinse and wash temperature criteria at each cleaning stage
- Optimize kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards rigorously
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and restaurant team members
- Support a safe and efficient work environment
