Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwasher role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and kitchen sanitation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid state food handler's license
Job Duties
- Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- Removes trash, compost, and recycle to appropriate receptacles
- Works flexibly under pressure
- Follows health and safety regulations including maintaining a state food handler's license
