Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
  • must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • 1+ year previous experience in a dishwasher position
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and food hygiene practices
  • must be punctual and reliable
  • ability to work flexible hours including different schedules every week
  • willingness to be coached and accept constructive feedback
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year previous experience in a dishwasher position
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • maintain high reliability, honesty, and focus on team support
  • be open to constructive feedback and coaching
  • be open to cross-training in multiple restaurant positions
  • arrive on time, in proper uniform, ready to work
  • follow all company safety guidelines including personal standards, food quality standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
  • wash hands frequently throughout shift and between prepping tasks
  • maintain constant communication with Chef and back-of-house leaders
  • keep workstation clean and organized, cleaning as you go
  • clean dish machine, surrounding walls, shelves, floor, tools, and empty food traps throughout and at the end of shift
  • use sanitation bucket and sanitize workstation and tools between prep jobs
  • sweep back kitchen every 30 minutes and mop when necessary
  • handle utensils, dishes, and equipment carefully to minimize breakage
  • adhere to Pacific Catch’s waste disposal, recycling, and composting standards
  • maintain a positive attitude toward job, team, and management
  • perform other related duties as needed
