Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • strong teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles is a plus
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • good communication skills
  • basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • empty all kitchen and other trash bins
  • work as part of a team supporting cooks with prep work and making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • focus on team and customers in all decisions
  • follow all cleaning and safety protocols
