Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work weekends including both Saturday and Sunday
- availability from 11am to 7:30pm on scheduled days
- capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to follow sanitation and cleaning protocols
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to work well within a team environment
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years old
- prior food service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- collect dirty dishes from all areas
- utilize the three-sink process for all pans and non-dishwasher safe items
- load dirty dishes and pans in the electric dishwasher, running dishes through the wash and rinse cycle
- unload the clean dishes and place them in their assigned locations
- clean the work area after each meal and complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- prepare food requests for student activities
- assist with dishing condiments and snack items
- clean all food preparation equipment according to use and cleaning procedures
