Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- Commitment to a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to wear protective clothing and follow sanitation standards
- Ability to frequently wash hands and use cleaning chemicals safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Operate dishwashing equipment and utensils safely and efficiently
- Assist with general kitchen duties such as food preparation support and waste disposal
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines including use of protective gear
- Lift, carry, and move kitchen supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Work in hot, damp environments for extended periods
