Job Duties

  • Wash dishes throughout the shift
  • put dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment away after cleaning
  • keep the dishwashing station clean and organized
  • maintain cleanliness and dryness of the floor to ensure safety
  • follow health code and sanitation requirements strictly
  • assist kitchen staff as needed to maintain workflow
  • adhere to timeliness and urgency to meet kitchen demands
