Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- assist in the organization and storage of clean dishes and utensils
- dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations
- support kitchen staff with food preparation as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
