Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic food preparation skills
- Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation standards
- Experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Operate dishwashing equipment and other machines safely and properly
- Dispose of kitchen and other area trash
- Work as a team to assist cooks with prep work, making "Cheddar Bay Biscuits," and other tasks as needed
- Focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
