Job Duties
- maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service
- wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly
- assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of kitchen spaces
- support prep cooks and chefs with basic prep or restocking as needed
- monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs promptly
- follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment
- work as part of a collaborative team that values consistency, respect, and craftsmanship
