Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service
  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly
  • Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of kitchen spaces
  • Support prep cooks and chefs with basic prep or restocking as needed
  • Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs promptly
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment
  • Work as part of a collaborative team that values consistency, respect, and craftsmanship
