Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and ability to multitask

- basic knowledge of restaurant hygiene and sanitation practices
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashing and other equipment safely and properly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, making the signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and customer - every decision made should consider both
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
