Job Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- willingness to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Prior experience in a restaurant is beneficial

Job Duties
- Load run and unload the dish machine
- always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
- keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective
- report any problems with the dish machine immediately
- handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- be available to work weekends and some holidays
