Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and work safely
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing environment preferred

- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Must enjoy working with and handling kitchen products
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Must possess solid communication skills including verbal and listening skills

Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and dish washing area of the kitchen
- Puts away clean dishes in their appropriate spot
- Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the dishwashers, including periodic de-liming
- Ensures that the dish washing area is kept clean and safe for all associates
- Ensures the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
- Delivers excellent customer service to all customers
