Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- experience working in noisy, fast-paced environments
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action
- uses cleaning chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operates all cleaning equipment
- cleans and sanitizes dishware, flatware, and glassware
- sorts dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss
- cleans kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- follows all safety and sanitation policies
- handles glassware and dishware to prevent breakage
- empties trash and maintains trash cans
- assists kitchen staff with workload relief during shifts
- helps with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assists with prep and banquet items as directed
- cleans and maintains kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- helps maintain kitchen storage areas
- cleans and maintains mats
- supports other team members as needed
- maintains positive working relationships to promote team morale
- greets guests with a friendly attitude and smile
- communicates clearly with guests and team members
- dresses neatly and professionally
- works days, nights and weekends as required
