Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- self-motivated and disciplined
- previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- promptly inform supervisor of problems or significant issues and take corrective action
- use all chemicals correctly for safety and cost control
- operate all equipment safely and correctly
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage
- empty trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with all team members
- be friendly and smile while working days, nights and weekends
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- dress neat, clean and professional
- be at least 18 years old
