Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work days, nights and weekends as required
  • able to work in noisy, fast paced environment
  • able to read and write handwritten notes
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in fast paced environment
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • previous maintenance experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • promptly inform supervisor of problems or significant issues and take corrective action
  • use all chemicals correctly for safety and cost control
  • operate all equipment safely and correctly
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
  • handle glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage
  • empty trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
  • assist kitchen staff with pressure relief during shifts
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas and stocking
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with all team members
  • be friendly and smile while working days, nights and weekends
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • dress neat, clean and professional
  • be at least 18 years old
