Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or pursuing diploma
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Unexpired Arizona food certifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts including early mornings and evenings
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift between 25 and 50 pounds
- Flexible with scheduling and able to work in fast-paced environments
- Regular attendance required

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills including effective listening
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in workflow, menu items, staff, etc.
- Ability to remain calm during peak hours
- Ability to use employee self-service on company human resources/payroll database
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must be at least 19 years of age
Job Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment following established procedures and standards
- Sort and stack dirty dishes and utensils for washing, removing any food residue and debris, and ensuring that items are properly prepped and organized for efficient cleaning
- Hand wash delicate or oversized items that cannot be cleaned in the dishwashing machine using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure thorough sanitation
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized at all times, including wiping down surfaces and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure efficient dishwashing practices to help reduce downtime in the kitchen and restaurant
- Take out trash when needed
- Assist cooks with basic food preparation tasks
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, taste tests, and training
- Follow good personal hygiene guidelines
- Conform with all safety standards and use appropriate safety equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
