Job Requirements

work days, nights and/or weekends as required
work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods of time
walk or stand 100% of shift
reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

must be at least 18 years of age
previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
must be disciplined and self-motivated
friendly and able to smile frequently while working
able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
safely operate all equipment
clean and sanitize dishware, flatware and glassware
sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
