Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Less than high school education
- Less than one year experience in customer service or food service
- Ability to follow established sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform janitorial duties
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Ability to work varied days and hours
- Compliance with hospital policies and procedures

- Ability to maintain sanitation and quality standards
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Dishwashing duties include retrieving trays from dirty utility room, cleaning off meal carts, sending dirty dishes through dish machine, washing pots, placing clean dishes in designated work area
- Janitorial duties include throwing trash, sweeping and mopping
- Participate in delivery of food services tray to customers, while maintaining quality and sanitation standards as needed
- Participates in assembly and delivery of patient/customer meals in accordance with established criteria and procedures
- Supports the organizations visions, values and strategies
- Maintains and supports sanitation standards as required by department policy and regulatory agencies
- Operates and maintains equipment commensurate with job assignment
