- One year working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment
- Must be available Saturday and Sunday mornings

Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies
- Ensure the availability of clean serviceware by washing dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and flatware according to Hogsalt standards
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including machines, appliances, floors, garbage cans, storage areas
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, mixers
- Prepare the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking all kitchen stations with necessary supplies
- Monitor dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues to leadership
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with additional tasks as requested by leadership
