Job Duties
- Wash dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
- clean the restaurant and maintain sanitation standards
- manage the restaurant's trash according to property regulations
- unload deliveries and assist with inventory management
- support other back-of-house functions as needed
- maintain positive and professional attitude
- comply with health and safety standards
