Job Duties
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes
- wash dishes by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- return dishware, glassware and silverware to appropriate location
- record temperature and litmus logs for washing and sanitizing
- wash pots, pans, and trays
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting boards
- segregate and remove trash and garbage
- steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- wipe exteriors
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- comply with all sanitation, SERV Safe and safety requirements
