Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
- keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of debris
- assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, emptying trash, and wiping surfaces
- properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- monitor cleaning supplies and alert management when restocking is needed
- support kitchen staff with prep or other tasks as requested
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
