Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively with a team

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is advantageous but not required
- ability to work effectively as part of a team

- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking tools
- operate dishwashers and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other trash bins
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
