Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls, and drains
- assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness, and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative work environment
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during shifts
