- must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- must be self-motivated and disciplined
- previous maintenance experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- ability to follow dress guidelines and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
- aid in prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist team members as needed
- maintain positive working relationships with team members
- be friendly and smile during shifts
