Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely
- knowledge of chemical use and sanitation procedures
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely and correctly operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- empty all kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief as needed
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members
- smile and be friendly while working days, nights or weekends
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- demonstrate discipline and self-motivation
- adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
