Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly
- Compliance with safety and security procedures
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow complex instructions and work under time constraints
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwashing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and self-organized
- Ability to handle heavy workload

- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, sanitation processes, procedures and HACCP
- Ability to train and guide team members on sanitation and safety standards
- High school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Follow established rules of entry to building and work areas, properly attired and compliant with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and security precautions
- Load dishwashing machine with soiled chinaware, trays, glasses, and silverware in appropriate carriers
- Ensure dishwashing machine is operating at proper temperature with detergent and necessary chemicals for effective cleaning
- Unload machine and place cleaned items in appropriate racks or storage containers in designated areas
- Sanitize all trolleys, carriers, oven racks, and drawers and deliver to proper storage areas
- Develop and maintain sanitation schedules adhering to Sanitation SOP frequencies
- Ensure all sanitation team members follow chemical safety and food safety procedures and document all sanitation activities per company policies
