Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
  • friendly demeanor and ability to smile frequently
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends
  • must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • safely operate all equipment
  • use chemicals properly in correct quantities
  • sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
  • clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • empty trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
  • assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • assist with prep and banquet items as directed
  • clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • maintain kitchen storage areas cleanliness and stocking
  • clean and maintain all mats
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • uphold company safety and sanitation policies
  • dress neat, clean and professional
