Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen maintenance a plus
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 3pm
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs
- Must be willing to adhere to company food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
- Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, and mixers
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
- Assist in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Help with other duties as assigned
